I Take Great Comfort in Knowing That Your Company is There to Help Us Out
I would just like to take a moment to thank you for your very “timely” arrangements for my request for a breast biopsy last week. Thankfully, I did not need to have the procedure done, as my test are clear. However, I am still extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently your company set the whole thing up, ready to go within days.
There are very few organizations that can deliver what they promise, and yours has been able to do just that. I cannot tell you how comforting and reassuring it was to speak with you and know that I had a biopsy scheduled within days, with the lab results to follow, a mere two days after that.
For myself, I like to think I pro-active about my health and the health of my family. I’m not one to wait around to see if things worsen or progress. If I have an opportunity to know about something quickly and then take action to correct or treat it, I do. With your organization, I feel that I can do that if ever the need should arise in my family. I take great comfort in knowing that your company is there to help us out.
